Hussle Gymwear offer on-line and pop up shop purchasing. Orders via phone, fax, email or social network will not be accepted.

Review your order to ensure all items, details & delivery information are correct as orders cannot be cancelled or amended once submitted. Please follow the returns and exchange process if you wish to make changes to your order.

In the unlikely circumstance that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided explaining the issue that may have arose. In the case of a cancelled order, all monies received will be refunded using the method received.
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.

All goods offered for sale are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute or place your order on back order. Otherwise if you have been charged for an item that is out of stock, or no longer available then you can be refunded using the method received for the unavailable item.
All prices displayed on our website www.husslegymwear.com.au are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless indicated otherwise. Prices exclude delivery charges and customs duty and/or other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without advance notice.
Payment from your credit card/pay pal account will be deducted on completion of your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/approved. Credit card details are not stored by us.
Shipping rates are applied per order.
Hussle Gymwear reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.
This also applies to special offers, we may terminate any special offers without advance notice. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to goods you have ordered within these Terms & Conditions before the special offer was terminated.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, description or for products that are not currently available or are no longer available, Hussle Gym wear reserves the right to withdraw an item from any sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
Hussle Gymwear will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received for the amount charged.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING – IF APPLICABLE
Hussle Gymwear does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country and are unable to advise what they will be.
International customers should check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives. If you are concerned about what charges you may be liable for, please check with your local customs office before proceeding to checkout. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Under no circumstance will Hussle Gymwear accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender and will not be refunded.

We expect orders to be dispatched within 1-2 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.
Express Shipping rates for deliveries within Australia are $10 and are dispatched via Australia Post Parcel Express and usually arrive within 1- 2 business days from dispatch.
Standard Shipping rates for deliveries within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post Parcel Post and usually arrive within 2 or more business days from dispatch.
Please note that Australian public holidays are not classified as business days, Hussle Gymwear will not be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. Shipping times are a guideline provided by Australia Post and may vary.
Hussle Gymwear reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a quality check. Where a product is deemed to be faulty, customers will be offered an exchange, credit note or full refund.

• Refund applied 3-5 days from goods being received back to Hussle Gymwear.
• Should you receive a Gift with Purchase. Then choose to return your purchased goods the Gift with Purchase must be returned also. This must be returned in its original saleable condition. If we receive your returned package and the Free Gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Gift with Purchase will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Warranties, refunds or exchanges are not available on any Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.
• Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges unless the garment is faulty.
• In the event that your product is lost in transit, Hussle Gymwear will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
